Mango Curd Tarts

The one & only divine mango curd tart I've made ^.^

This is the first time I've used pre-mixed pie crust. As it is near to expire, therefore decided to bake some black sesame egg tarts and ONE crust base for my mango curd....hahaha yes only one :) Overall this pre-mixed pie crust taste not too bad, though lack of buttery flavour. This is great for amateur baker whom not sure to how to make the crust from scratch and is really simple by adding a few tbsp of water and the dough is ready in seconds. For me I still prefer the taste of homemade crust in terms of taste :)
