Salad Ingredient : mandarin orange, pomelo, butterhead, salmon, groundnuts & sesame seeds.
- 1 cup plum sauce
- 2 cm blue ginger
- 2 red chilli, deseeded
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seed, toasted
- 1 tbsp groundnuts, toasted & grinded
Method : Place all ingredient except sesame seed & groundnuts in a food processor & blend till fine. Stir in sesame seed & groundnuts. Add in a tbsp of water if mixture is too thick. Chill in fridge till use.
very delicious...crisp and crunch and not too sweet...i think this is a very healthy alternative compared to the standard yu sheng inthe market
