木耳糖水

Ingredient
  • 3 cups soaked white fungus 白木耳
  • 4 pcs yellow fungus, soaked 黄木耳
  • 1 cup dried lily bulbs百合
  • 1/2 cup lotus seeds 莲子
  • 10 dried figs 无花果
  • 8 seedless red dates 红枣
  • 4 blades pandan leaves
  • 200gm yellow rock sugar
  • 3 liter water
Method
  1. Place all ingredient in a pot and fill up with water. Bring to boil. Simmer on medium low heat for 1 hour.
  2. Add rock sugar and stir to melt. Serve hot or chill.

may i know roughly how many bowls does this recipe calls for? Issit enough for 8 pax?

hi elaine...heee i use not sure how large is ur bowl but 3 liter water is more then enough for 8 pax :)
