- 250gm pork fillet
- 50gm mint leaves
- 1000ml chicken stock
- 1 tsp light soya sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- Marinate pork fillet with soya sauce, salt, cornstarch & sesame oil for at least 20mins.
- Wash mint leaves together with stems thoroughly. Bring stock to boil.
- Add pork fillet and simmer for 5mins. Add mint leaves and simmer for another 5mins.
- Adjust taste accordingly. Serve hot.
