- 1 black pomfret
- 6 cloves garlic, finely sliced
- 5 cm ginger, finely sliced
- 1 lemon grass, white section, finely sliced
- light soya sauce or fish sauce
- Heat some oil in wok, stir-fry garlic, ginger & lemon grass until crispy & golden brown. Remove from fire.
- Add some more oil in wok, deep-fry fish till golden brown on both sides. Remove & place on serving plate.
- Sprinkle fried garlic mixture over fish. Drizzle light soya sauce or fish sauce over. Serve!
