Steamed Tofu with Seaweed & Minced Pork

  • 1 block silken tofu, drained well
  • 100gm minced pork (marinate with 1/2 tbsp light soya sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, dash of pepper)
  • 1 sheet seaweed, shredded
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  1. Mash tofu over a sieve. This will give a smoother & fine texture to the dish.
  2. Mix all ingredient together and place in a steaming bowl. Steam over medium heat for 15mins.

this tofu steamed with seaweed and mince looks delish and it is a real comfort food. Thanks for sharing the recipe. I will try this out when I get the tofu and btw I am a tofu lover :) so this is great for me..tq once again. Lovely recipe!
