- 1 kg wintermelon
- 300gm lean pork
- 8 dried oyster
- 5 dried shitake mushroom
- 5 cups water
- salt to taste
- Soak oyster & mushroom in water till soft.
- Peel & remove seeds from wintermelon. Cut in thick chunks.
- Place all ingredient except salt in a pot. Bring to boil. Turn down heat and simmer for 2.5 hrs.
- Add salt to taste.
