hmmm ok this soup may looks gross and unappetizing to some of you, but I can guarantee you that it is wholesomely delicious! :D It is rich in protein and especially collagen, so if you want smooth and supple skin, drink more of this soup! But in moderation as chicken feet is rather high in cholesterol ^o^
Ingredient
- 12 chicken feets
- 1 whole chicken bone
- 100gm peanuts
- 100gm black eye pea
- 2 honey dates
- 20gm ginger, sliced
- 8 cups water
- salt to taste
Method
- Place chicken feet & bone in a pot of water, bring to boil for 1 min. Drain away water and rinse well.
- Place all ingredients, except salt, in a pot. Bring to boil. Lower heat and cook for 2 hours. Add salt to taste.
