hmmm ok this soup may looks gross and unappetizing to some of you, but I can guarantee you that it is wholesomely delicious! :D It is rich in protein and especially collagen, so if you want smooth and supple skin, drink more of this soup! But in moderation as chicken feet is rather high in cholesterol ^o^

  • 12 chicken feets
  • 1 whole chicken bone
  • 100gm peanuts
  • 100gm black eye pea
  • 2 honey dates
  • 20gm ginger, sliced
  • 8 cups water
  • salt to taste

  1. Place chicken feet & bone in a pot of water, bring to boil for 1 min. Drain away water and rinse well.
  2. Place all ingredients, except salt, in a pot. Bring to boil. Lower heat and cook for 2 hours. Add salt to taste.
