  • 15gm unsalted dried kelp
  • 50gm dried green beans
  • 1 medium papaya
  • 30gm dried lily bulbs
  • 1 small piece dried tangerine peel
  • 300gm lean pork
  • salt to taste

  1. Soak kelp in water until soften, rinse well.
  2. Rinse greens beans and lily bulbs.
  3. Peel and deseeded papaya. Cut into chunks.
  4. Scald pork in boiling water briefly. Rinse well.
  5. Place all ingredients in a pot, except salt, add 2L water and bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer for 2 hours. Add salt to taste.
