- 5 tomatoes
- 800gm pumpkin
- 250gm frozen boiled clams
- 250gm pork ribs
- 2 slices ginger
- 2400ml water
- salt to taste
- Thaw clams and rinse.
- Cut tomatoes into quarters.
- Peel & deseeded pumpkin. Cut into chunks.
- Blanch pork ribs in boiling water. Rinse.
- Place all ingredients except salt into a pot. Bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer for 2hrs. Add salt to taste.
