Sweet Potato Balls

  • 200gm sweet potato, steamed and mashed
  • 120gm glutinous rice flour
  • 50gm sugar
  • 100gm grated coconut


  1. Mix all the ingredients together until it forms into a smooth dough.
  2. Roll into small balls and then deep-fry in hot oil at medium heat until golden brown and crispy.
