Ingredient
- 1 medium golden promfret
- 5 cloves chopped garlic
- 2 red chilli, chopped
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp chinese wine
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Method
- Mix chopped garlic, chilli, soy sauce, wine & sesame oil evenly.
- Spread mixture evenly over fish.
- Heat up steamer and steam on high heat for 8-10mins.
- Serve hot.
