Ingredient
- 120gm unsalted butter
- 100gm cream cheese
- 185gm sugar
- 5 eggs
- 250gm self-raising flour
- 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Using a electric whisk, beat on high speed until smooth & pale for 3 mins.
- Spoon batter into cupcake cases and sprinkle extra Parmesan cheese over if desired. Bake in preheated oven at 180 deg cel for 25mins till golden brown.

i tried to bake this cake yesterday but it was not fluffy and i do not know what went wrong.
Shirley.. sorry to hear that. The batter must beat till really light and fluffy.
