Note: Gelatin will give a creamy texture jelly whereas agar agar powder will give a crunchy texture :)
Ingredient
- 500ml milk/ soya milk
- 50gm sugar
- 30gm gelatin/ 20gm agar agar powder
- 40gm instant almond powder
- Mix gelatin with sugar evenly.
- Bring milk to boil. Lower heat, stir in gelatin mixture and mix till sugar dissolves for about 5 mins. Remove from heat.
- Stir in almond powder and mix evenly. Sieve mixture into a shallow pan or jelly mould.
- Chill till set. Serve with milk and longans.

Did u use both 30g gelatine & 20g agar powder tog? or chose either one? which u think taste betr in texture? thks
Hi...i used only gelatine. For those who cannot consume gelatine can use 20gm agar powder to replace it. Texture wise if u prefer a crunchy one, use agar powder :)
