Ingredient
- 300gm celery
- 400gm bok choy
- 200gm beetroot
- 1 can straw mushrooms
- 200gm beef
- 2 slices ginger
- salt to taste
- Cut celery & beetroot in sections.
- Blanch beef in hot water.
- Bring 2.5 litre water to boil. Add all the ingredients except salt and bring to boil again. Switch to low heat and simmer for 2 hours. Season with salt.
