Ingredient
- 3 boneless chicken leg, cut into bite sizes
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 1 red chilli, deseeded & sliced
- 3 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3 tbsp water
- Marinate chicken with 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp light soy sauce & 2 tbsp cornflour for 30mins.
- Heat oil in pan, pan-fry chicken over high heat until golden brown. Set aside.
- Remove some oil in pan, add onion & chilli. Stir-fry till onion is softened.
- Add chicken and seasoning and toss well. Dish up and serve.
