- 200gm salmon
- 1 block silken tofu, drain away liquid
- 1 tbsp sliced ginger
- spring onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp light soya sauce
- salt & pepper
- Remove skin & bones of salmon. Slice abt 1cm thick.
- Slice tofu into halves. Place salmon over the tofu.
- Season lightly with salt & pepper.
- Place over sliced ginger & spring onion. Drizzle over mirin & soya sauce.
- Steamed over boiling water for 6mins.
