Here's another lovely ice pops to beat the heat :D No sugar syrup needed in making this ice popsicles! Natural sweetness from the fruits with touch of honey is enough to make this a healthy treat for the kids :D
Ingredient
- 1 medium ripen banana
- 100gm frozen strawberries or blueberries
- 200gm plain yoghurt
- 1 tbsp honey
Method
- Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend till smooth.
- Pour mixture into plastic mould and freeze for 10 min, then gently insert the popsicle stick into the center.
- Place back in the freezer until fully frozen.
