- 500gm pork ribs
- 1/4 onion, minced
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp light soya sauce
- 1 tbsp chinese wine
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Mix all seasoning into a paste. Rub evenly over the pork ribs and marinate for at least 1 hr or overnight.
- Heat up some oil in pan. Pan-fried both sides of the ribs until golden brown, about 3-5mins each side.
- Preheated oven to 200 deg cel. Lined foil on baking pan. Place pork ribs on a wire grill and baked for 20mins.
