- 900gm papaya
- 5 tomatoes
- 3 pototoes
- 250gm lean pork
- 2 slices ginger
- salt to taste
- Peel and seed the papaya. Cut into thick chunks. Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
- Rinse the pork. Scald with boiling water and rinse again.
- Put in all the ingredient in a pot with 2 litres of water. Bring to boil. Turn to low heat and simmer for 2 hours. Season with salt.
