Ingredients
- 10gm konnyaku powder
- 100gm sugar
- 1000ml barley water
- 2 tsp green tea powder
Methods
- Mix konnyaku powder and sugar together.
- Dissolve green tea powder with some water.
- Bring barley water to boil, add green tea follow by mixture (1) gradually.
- Turn to low fire, continue to stir for 5 mins. Remove from heat.
- Pour liquid into jelly mould, chill in fridge.
