- 1 box silken tofu
- 1 chinese sausage
- 150gm chicken breast, diced
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp corn flour
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Scald chinese sausage in hot water for 5mins. Remove thin film and finely diced.
- Place all ingredient into a deep casserole. Mash tofu and mix all ingredients & seasonings evenly.
- Steam over medium heat for 20mins.
