- 220gm unsalted butter
- 160gm castor sugar
- 4 eggs
- 230gm self-raising flour,sifted
- 100gm oreo cookies, crushed
- 40gm raisins
- Combine butter, sugar, eggs and flour in a mixing bowl. Beat until smooth and pale for 2-3 mins.
- Stir in oreo cookies and raisins. Spoon batter into cup cases. Baked in preheated oven at 180 deg cel for 25-28mins till golden brown.

Did u remove the cream from the Oreo cookies n 1 pc means 1/2 of a full Oreo cookie? Thx!
Jeszica...yes cream remove, I did not mentioned in pieces, please weigh the indicate amount of cookies with cream removed as I could not recall how many pieces I've used altogether :)

Can I use cake flour instead ?? If yes must I add baking powder ??
Yes...u need to use 2 tsp baking powder and 1/4 tsp salt if replaced with cake flour
Just mix all together & beat? No need step by step butter & sugar first?

Anonymous... depending on the size of the cupcake cases u are using. This 4 eggs recipe yields approx 24 medium ones, suggest u halve it if u want small quantity.
The oreo need crushed till powdery or just small pieces will do?
Anonymous.... is OK to leave some chunks for texture.
