Brown Mushroom Omelette
Ingredient- 10 brown mushrooms, sliced thinly
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 tsp dried mixed herbs
- salt & pepper to taste
Method- Beat eggs with herbs. Add salt & pepper.
- Heat some oil in frying pan. Saute garlic, add mushroom. Stir fry for 2mins. (do not add water, the mushroom will release its natural juice)
- Spread out mushroom evenly in pan. Pour in beaten eggs to coat the mushroom. Cook for 3 mins or until surface almost set. Half fold the omelette and continue to cook for another minute.

i guess you didn't see my comments on the sweet soy chicken recipe. I would like to know if the soy sauce used is light or dark.
