Ingredient
- 19gm 沙参,Sand Ginseng (Adenophora)
- 19gm 玉竹,Odoratum
- 450gm 节瓜, Chinese Marrow
- 400gm pork bones
- 70gm peanuts
- 5 large seedless red dates
- 2 slices ginger
- salt to taste
Method
- Rinse pork bones and blanch in boiling water for 1 minute. Rinse again.
- Place all ingredients, except salt, with 2.5L water in a pot, bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer for 2 hours. Add salt to taste.
