Ingredient
- 15gm dried laver, 紫菜
- 2 corn cobs
- 70gm black eyed peas
- 70gm lotus seeds
- 300gm lean pork
- 2 slices ginger
- salt to taste
Method
- Soak laver briefly. Rinse well.
- Blanch pork in boiling water briefly. Rinse again.
- Place all ingredient, except salt, with 2L water in a pot, bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer for 1.5 hours. Add salt to taste.
