Green Tea Muffins- Revisted

Recently bought a few bottles for Green Tea Powder (GTP) from phoon huat. This is actually the first time I'm trying out this powder :D Previously I always use pure (no colouring, no flavorings) Green Tea Extract (powder) for baking but could not achieve very bright green hue. This newly bought GTP is made up of green tea DUST, flavourings, colouring etc etc...therefore the outcome of the bakes can achieve eye pleasing green hue and fragrant >.<

hmmm dunno why this time the muffins come out so flat hehehe....
