盐蒸虾

Ingredient
  • 10 medium prawns (trimmed & deveined)
  • 6 slices ginger
  • 1 tbsp rice wine
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp light soya sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp rice wine
  • 1 tsp vinegar
Method
  1. Mix rice wine & salt evenly.
  2. Place prawn over a steaming plate. Arrange ginger on the prawn. Drizzle #1 evenly over the prawns. Steam on high heat for 8 mins.
  3. Combine light soya sauce, sugar, rice wine & vinegar. Serve as dipping sauce.
