盐蒸虾
Ingredient- 10 medium prawns (trimmed & deveined)
- 6 slices ginger
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp light soya sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp rice wine
- 1 tsp vinegar
Method- Mix rice wine & salt evenly.
- Place prawn over a steaming plate. Arrange ginger on the prawn. Drizzle #1 evenly over the prawns. Steam on high heat for 8 mins.
- Combine light soya sauce, sugar, rice wine & vinegar. Serve as dipping sauce.
