Steamed Salmon on Tofu

Ingredient
  • 200gm salmon
  • 1 block silken tofu, drain away liquid
  • 1 tbsp sliced ginger
  • spring onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 1/2 tbsp light soya sauce
  • salt & pepper
Method
  1. Remove skin & bones of salmon. Slice abt 1cm thick.
  2. Slice tofu into halves. Place salmon over the tofu.
  3. Season lightly with salt & pepper.
  4. Place over sliced ginger & spring onion. Drizzle over mirin & soya sauce.
  5. Steamed over boiling water for 6mins.
