五香烤鸡翅

Ingredient
  • 10 chicken wings
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp five spice powder
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp hua diao jiu
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger juice
Method
  1. Mix all ingredient together evenly. Best marinate overnight.
  2. Bake in preheated oven at 180 deg cel for 30mins. Serve with lemon wedge.
