Yogurt & Mango Popsicles

Simply pleasure ^-^

Nothing beats healthy dessert for my kids :D No worries of preservatives, colourings, sweeteners or artificial flavourings!

Ingredient
  • 1 cup plain Greek-style yogurt
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup fresh mango puree (approx 2 large mango, go thru' sieve for smoother texture)
Method
  1. Scoop the yogurt into a small mixing bowl. Stir in the milk to thin the yogurt. Stir in the honey and mix evenly.
To Make Layered Pops
  • Fill popsicle mould with 1/3 amount of yogurt. Freeze this until the yogurt is just set. (I like it set for 15mins). Pour in some mango puree on top and freeze until just set, about 1 hour. Fill up mould with yogurt. Insert popsicle stick and freeze overnight or until popsicles are solid.
To Make Swirled Pops
Pour an inch of yogurt into the popsicle molds, then an inch of mango puree, and repeat until the molds are filled. Use a chopstick or skewer to gently swirl the liquids together. Insert popsicle sticks. Freeze at least 8 hours or overnight, until the popsicles are solid.
To Unmould : Run the molds under warm water and gently wiggle the sticks to free the popsicles from the molds.
