Threadfin with Wood Ears
Ingredient- 250gm threadfin, sliced
- 3/4 cup softened wood ears
- 3 slices ginger
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tbsp light soya sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp chinese wine
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1 stalk spring onion
- 1 tbsp cornstarch water
Method- Marinate fish with seasoning.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok. Add ginger & garlic, fry till fragrant.
- Add fish, stir-fry on high heat for 2 mins. Add wood ear & 2 tbsp water. Stir to mix.
- Add cornstarch water & spring onion. Mix evenly. Serve.
