Ingredient
- 1 seabass, approx 500gm
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 red chilli, deseeded & chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 yellow pepper, diced
- 30gm unsalted butter, softened
- dash of pepper
- Mix garlic, chilli, salt, pepper, yellow pepper & butter together to form a paste.
- Place fish on a large foil. Spread butter mixture evenly on fish. Sealed tightly.
- Baked in preheated oven at 200 deg cel for 20-25mins. Serve hot.
