Fresh Breadcrumbs

What do you do with 1/2 loaf of bread which is near to expire? Finish up as soon as possible before feeding the rubbish bin? hehehe I actually learnt this tips from Nigella Lawson Kitchen :) Stale bread (not moldy :P) turn into fresh breadcrumbs! :)

Slices of wholemeal bread....



tear into small pieces, process in food blender till fine....



this is how it looks after grinded...



can be used immediately to coat pork chops or place in ziplog bag and freeze till needed!! simple right? no waste of food! ;)
