Oooo.. this is very interesting. I've never seen dried straw mushrooms before and I just bought a pack of tea tree mushrooms, those long long thin thin type. I'll definitely try this out if I can get some dried straw mushrooms
Wendy...hahaha all the dried stuffs given by my mil! I nvr come these across also :P but the dried version is definitely more fragrant than the fresh one, similar to dried shitake mushroom :D
Ur dried white bait also very big leh.... I also never see this b4. But Singapore has very good selection of "hai wei", I remember those in Pearl Center ear Outram Park. But then again, I also rarely go walk around such shops here.
