Baking Workshop

I've finally attended my very first baking workshop at Sugar Inc last Saturday!! A very enjoyable session which I've learnt on how to make a Italian meringue buttercream and hands on chocolate transfer decoration :D This newly acquired cake decoration method will be just in time to plan something for my boy's birthday in early November!

  1. I attended a fondant workshop at the same place. fun! My daughter wants a toy story cake for her bday.I am hoping to do one of the characters in the movie. Was thinking of finding out more about the chocolate transfer method on the internet. how difficult is this method?

  2. Nagina....not as difficult as fondant making :D me also need to find time to practise again for my boy's coming birthday! :D
