ReplyDeleteHello, nice cookies..so these are crunchier and crispier?
ReplyDeleteR they supposed to be so brown? If i dont have maple syrup , can use honey?? Can i add raisins in this recipe?
Hi Kai Ling...yes they are crunchy type, appear brown cos of the brown sugar added, can used honey also. If add raisin will have a chewy bite, up to ur preference.
ReplyDeleteHihi u left out the temp of oven to bake these cookies? Gonna try it these few days :)
ReplyDeleteSorry a few more qns.. Roughly how long do we heat and melt the butter mixture? Till butter melts will suffice? And do we need to cool the mixture till room temp? Thks and sorry for asking so many qns
ReplyDeleteKai Ling, updated! :D I did not take note of the actual time, no need bring to boil, as long as butter & sugar melt can already, slightly leave till warm.
