- 1 cup black beans
- 35gm Foxglove Root (熟地)
- 250gm pork ribs
- 2500ml water
- salt to taste
- Rinse and soak black beans for 1 hr.
- Blanch pork ribs in boiling water. Rinse with cold water.
- Place soaked black beans, 熟地, pork ribs in a stock pot. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2hrs. Add salt to taste. Serve.
