Ingredient
- 1 small radish
- 1 small carrot
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tbsp salt
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- Peel radish & carrot. Slice into cube.
- Wash cucumber cleanly. Remove the seeds & cut into cubes.
- Place all vege into a mixing bowl. Add in salt & mix evenly. Set aside for 20mins. Strain & remove water thoroughly.
- Mix vinegar & sugar evenly. Add in (3) and stand in room temperature for 6 hours covered.
- Transfer pickles into air-tight container and chill in fridge.
