If baking normal sponge cake , cake flour is good enough :)Penghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08900632173458021061noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-640936614758212364.post-75072485880766980662013-09-06T23:27:54.402+08:002013-09-06T23:27:54.402+08:00Hi Peng, I have finally succeeded in baking this ...Hi Peng, I have finally succeeded in baking this cake. Can I check is there a difference in using Cake flour and Top flour? When I referred to the back of the types of flour packages, Top flour was described as for soft n Chiffon cake recipes. Please advise. You may try to increase the temp further if using 160 deg cel.Penghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08900632173458021061noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-640936614758212364.post-15696006677593006152013-07-20T21:19:38.501+08:002013-07-20T21:19:38.501+08:00Hi Peng, tonight is the second time I baked this c...Hi Peng, tonight is the second time I baked this cake. The first time it turned out very successful because I followed exactly all the steps including oven temp. The cake was lovely except it cracked like a volcano. So this round, I changed the oven temp to 160C for 55 mins. The cake slipped off the pan and collapsed! What should I adjust the temp to? Thanks. :(Irisnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-640936614758212364.post-67147852624565815002012-11-16T13:04:02.848+08:002012-11-16T13:04:02.848+08:00Peng tis chiffon looked so soft n fluffy... maybe ...Peng tis chiffon looked so soft n fluffy... maybe i shld make chiffon agn soon too:-pMiMi Bakery Househttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14936596734459976245noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-640936614758212364.post-9483180400723515372012-11-16T08:57:14.688+08:002012-11-16T08:57:14.688+08:00Beautiful! Joceline Lorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02578455827975426907noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-640936614758212364.post-23998151006989554792012-11-15T21:22:20.617+08:002012-11-15T21:22:20.617+08:00Lovely chiffon cake!
