紫菜蜀黍眉豆汤





Ingredient

  • 15gm dried laver, 紫菜
  • 2 corn cobs
  • 70gm black eyed peas
  • 70gm lotus seeds
  • 300gm lean pork
  • 2 slices ginger
  • salt to taste

Method
  1. Soak laver briefly. Rinse well.
  2. Blanch pork in boiling water briefly. Rinse again.
  3. Place all ingredient, except salt, with 2L water in a pot, bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer for 1.5 hours. Add salt to taste.
