桂花糕

This super hot weather has been making my head feeling very heavy everyday...no mood to stay in kitchen for long therefore not much fancy meals or bakes churning out from the kitchen for the past 1 weeks >.< This jelly is actually done more than a week ago! hehehe weather also affect my mood on updating my blog @-@"

Ingredient
  • 1 pack 13gm konnyaku jelly powder
  • 200gm sugar
  • 4 tsp osmanthus flower
  • 1L water
  • 3 tsp wolfberries, slightly soaked in water

Method
  1. Combine jelly powder and sugar in a medium pot and stir to mix evenly.
  2. Add in water gradually and stir to dissolve the mixture. Add in osmanthus flowers. Bring to boil.
  3. Lower heat and simmer for 2mins.
  4. Add 2-4 wolfberries in each jelly mould, pour in some jelly solution. Let the jelly cool down to room temperature and chill in fridge until ready to serve.

Yes, the weather also affects my mood. Simple cooking just to feel the hungry tummies. Wondering what are the simple food to prepare with no sweat.
