- 1 block silken tofu, drained well
- 100gm minced pork (marinate with 1/2 tbsp light soya sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, dash of pepper)
- 1 sheet seaweed, shredded
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Mash tofu over a sieve. This will give a smoother & fine texture to the dish.
- Mix all ingredient together and place in a steaming bowl. Steam over medium heat for 15mins.
