Brown Mushroom Omelette

  • 10 brown mushrooms, sliced thinly
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 tsp dried mixed herbs
  • salt & pepper to taste
  1. Beat eggs with herbs. Add salt & pepper.
  2. Heat some oil in frying pan. Saute garlic, add mushroom. Stir fry for 2mins. (do not add water, the mushroom will release its natural juice)
  3. Spread out mushroom evenly in pan. Pour in beaten eggs to coat the mushroom. Cook for 3 mins or until surface almost set. Half fold the omelette and continue to cook for another minute.

i guess you didn't see my comments on the sweet soy chicken recipe. I would like to know if the soy sauce used is light or dark.

不知道新鲜的蘑菇也可以做成美味的煎蛋, 对我来说是满特别的菜肴.
