May i know how many bowls (normal rice bowl) of rice does this recipe yield? would like to try it out but not sure if the qty is enough for my family of 2 adults and 3 kids...

Hi octopusmum...i use the normal rice cup to do the measure which is abt 2 cups. You can increase 1/2-1 cup if u want more, remember to increase the liquid if u do so :)

HI Peng u think i can replace the dried oyster with dried scallops instead? my kids don't quite fancy dried oyster...

Peng said... problem at all, remember to increase the seasoning slightly also if u increase the rice & liquid.
