Suppose to use wanton wrapper but I use spring roll wrapper instead. Though the shape of this 'gold ingots' not as nice as what Fengyin did, but I'm still happy with the results :)
- 120gm minced pork
- 120gm minced prawn
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp light soya sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/3 tsp pepper
- wanton/popiah wrapper
- Mix all ingredient till a sticky paste form. Chill in fridge for 30mins.
- Place some mixture onto wrapper. Seal up with cornstarch water.
- Deep fried in hot oil till golden brown. Drain well on kitchen paper towel. Serve hot.
