Pork Rolls

With some balance ingredients after frying kimchi fried rice, prepare this impromptu dish :) Tender, juicy & crunchy...Marinate 10 slice pork shabu with 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce & 1 tsp sesame oil. Place some beansprouts, spring onion & enoki mushroom on each slice of pork, roll up tightly. Sprinkle some ground black pepper over the rolls. Pan fry with sealed side down till rolls are golden brown.
