Nonya Ponteh Chicken

This is the other sauces I've bought..Nonya Ponteh Sauce, no preservatives/colourings/MSG. I marinate 1/2 chicken with 4 tbsp Nonya Ponteh for 1 hour. Heat some oil in wok, stir-fry the chicken, add some fresh shitake mushroom and one large potatoe, add 1 cup water and simmer for 30 mins until gravy is thick..As usual this sauce is full of flavours except but I find it slightly saltish..maybe because of the soya bean paste added in the ingredients. This dish is great for the whole family as it is not spicy.
