- 1 chicken, chopped
- 3 slices ginger
- 5 tbsp red rice residue
- salt to taste
- sesame oil
- Marinate chicken with red rice residue for at least 30mins.
- Heat some oil in wok, add in ginger and fry until fragrance.
- Add marinate chicken, stir-fry and simmer until cook.
- Add salt to taste and drizzle over some sesame oil before remove from fire. Serve hot.

How come not receipe for this dish?
U can try to cook with fatty pork and bambo shoots.
kekeke...cos i just anyhow cook this dish..must recall what i put in hahaha...thanks for ur recommendation..will try it out!
