  • 1 chicken, chopped
  • 3 slices ginger
  • 5 tbsp red rice residue
  • salt to taste
  • sesame oil
  1. Marinate chicken with red rice residue for at least 30mins.
  2. Heat some oil in wok, add in ginger and fry until fragrance.
  3. Add marinate chicken, stir-fry and simmer until cook.
  4. Add salt to taste and drizzle over some sesame oil before remove from fire. Serve hot.

How come not receipe for this dish?

U can try to cook with fatty pork and bambo shoots.
